Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Seminars and workshops require minimum enrollment of 15 participants. East West Math reserves the right to cancel the seminars and workshops in the event of insufficient enrollment. In such event prospective participants will be notified of cancellation as soon as possible. 100% of a paid registration fee will be refunded if an educator cannot participate and notifies us at least 30 days before the day of the workshop. 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded if an educator cannot participate and notifies us between 15 and 30 days before a day of the workshop. No refunds will be issued if an educator cannot participate and notifies us less than 15 days prior to a day of the course. In the event of a medical emergency, 100% of the paid registration fee will be refunded, provided a participant forwards proper documentation.
